The letters are stamped by hand, one letter at a time which means that sometimes not all of the letters will be perfectly straight, aligned or stamped at the exact same depth. This results in a unique and one of a kind item that is made just for you! Also note, that due to the technique of hand stamping, all items are only one sided. you can add extra blanks for an additional cost to put more customization on your orders, or I can use smaller fonts. Yes we sure do gift wrap! There is an additional charge, but well worth the hassle. Just ship it and forget it!

We customize most all of our products. This is done by sending a note with your order during checkout or filling in the personalization spot before adding it to your cart. If you have any questions about it, please don't hesitate to ask. If you do not request any customization we will send a blank piece (as this is sometimes requested).

VERY cheap quality. Did not receive personalization as ordered, nor did it have what was pictured. Very disappointed in the quality and cheapness of this product. Especially for the price paid. I am embarrassed to even present this as a gift to someone.

I haven't gotten a chance to review these till now, but I got TEN of the dog tag keychains, all personalized differently, ordered on Dec. 15 (in hopes of getting them before Christmas - I did, by the way... amazing) and they came in more PERFECT than anything I could have asked for or expected. With such a large order, they still came in a couple days before Christmas, nice and shiny, fantastic quality, and were probably the most loved of all the gifts I gave out this year! On top of all that, the customer service was above-and-beyond kind, helpful, and patient. These were overall one of the best purchases I made this year and I will definitely keep them in mind for more in the future.
