***Please note that these are handmade. The letters are stamped by hand, one letter at a time which means that sometimes not all of the letters will be perfectly straight, aligned or stamped at the exact same depth. This results in a unique and one of a kind item that is made just for you! Also note, that due to the technique of hand stamping, all items are only one sided. you can add extra blanks for an additional cost to put more customization on your orders, or I can use smaller fonts. We customize most all of our products. This is done by sending a note with your order during checkout or filling in the personalization spot before adding it to your cart. If you have any questions about it, please don't hesitate to ask. If you do not request any customization we will send a blank piece (as this is sometimes requested).

According to the seller, my item was received by USPS on 11/10. I have a tracking number that still shows that the item has been received for shipping on the 10th and does not show any other status. It is now the 18th and still no sign of our item. I sent a message on 11/16 asking for an update on my order and have had no response.
